Bowling... For Soup,

Both of the bands we played with were so much fun to be around!!!

We did the entire trip with SafetySuit - some of the greatest guys ever. They have incredible music and put on such a high-energy show. Their video for "Stay" was #1 on VH1 last summer!



And Bowling for Soup did 2 shows with us - their show is amazing. They are so funny and half of their show is just them being hilarious on stage and talking to the crowd. I wish they could have done the whole tour with us.


The lead singer, Jaret Reddik, (Bowling For Soup) has a tattoo sleeve on his right arm that is 100% dedicated to childhood toys and games... the Rubik's cube, Mr. Potato Head, Fisher Price Chatter Telephone (the one with blue wheels), Monopoly's Rich Uncle Pennybags, Operation's Cavity Sam... pretty much the coolest tattoos I have ever seen.


We all got to spend the day together in Sorrento. Bowling for Soup had to leave early though.... they had to get back to London from some previously booked shows. :( But we got to see part of the Almalfi Coast with them and eat our 2 and a half hour lunch at Pizza By The Meter!

But afterwards, we went bowling on base. Team Shorty - Ari, Cicco, and me WON!!! Wooo hooo! Just barely. I didn't have a good night... so I wasn't much help. But we had a blast! And I did just enough, I guess!
