CD Release Party!

Tonight was the big ole CD Release Party.

WOW.

It was so wonderful. Shows like tonight make the bad nights worth it.





James and I really get overwhelmed with what wonderful people surround us in our lives. Especially since we don't REALLY get to spend enough time with anyone . But we have so many incredible friends that surround us and support us.

The show itself went splendidly. My voice hung in there like a champ even though it's felt a little rough over the past few days. I got to see my Favorite Farm Boy Fan AND my parents got to spend some time with him. :) Gordon and I FINALLY got to play a show together. Can't tell you how great that felt - we debuted a couple songs that I have been so excited about singing for everyone.

So yeah. It was overall an incredible night. James and I never got to eat to dinner... we were REALLY excited about ordering Caesar's tonight. Turns out they are only open to 11. Much different from the "4am" it says on their magnet on our refrigerator! Booooo. But we at least were able to cook something.

Tonight was just like old times - play a show, hang out with friends, stay up til dawn....

Bass player galore!!! Tim Denbo AND Hootie showed up as well - ALL my bass players were present. Pretty awesome.
