Silent Fiddles

Giving everyone the silent treatment is no fun... It's really awkward when checking out at gas stations, or getting food places. I know people just think I am rude... or weird... I smile and try to be as polite as possible without speaking. Not an easy task. Especially at a drive-thru window :)

I'm sleeping in my own bed for the first time in, well, I don't remember. Even though I will only get 3 hours in it... I plan to REALLY take advantage of those 3 hours!

Annnnd, I know you got stuff to do, but sleep deprivation REALLY causes big problems if you persist. Is there stuff that is non essential that could be eliminated so you get sleep.

recent studies show 6 hours aint enough, if that's all you get it can cause a cascade of probs over time, 7 hours is the minimum number for heavenly sleep.

On my knees I beg you to get a $50 Holmes True HEPA air filter at Walmart, they are very small but will quickly clean the stanky moldy air that many nice hotel rooms have.

and some of the worst allergens have no smell but the HEPA will hit em like Chuch Norris !!

I just got two ( one for my 6 new kittens )

The true HEPA are much better than my HEPA type that I had been using !!!!!!!!!!!

It is item HAP706 in a box wbout 18inches tall, and I really pray you will take one with you on the road, it is amazing how good the air quickly smells, like totally sparkling cleAN !! : )

Your voice is priceless, so please get one before you hit the road !!
